- Job Description:
- Take off quantities according to construction project.
- Electrical cabinet connection…
- Inspect and operate systems based on technical specifications.
- Supervise contractors and suppliers performing outsourced technical system maintenance according to regulations, ensuring quality, progress, and safety.
- Monitor maintenance and inspection plans.
- Handle and resolve issues arising during system operation.
- Report to the department head for instructions when issues arise in order to find solutions.
- Job Requirements:
- Experience in MEP quantity take-off.
- Ability to control design documents, construction drawings, and quantity estimates.
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, with good teamwork spirit.
- Willing to go on business trips to provinces (not frequent).
- Strong expertise in microchips and electronic devices.
- Proficient in office software, AutoCAD, etc.
